Our Origin…

Drawing from decades of experience investing in real estate, after the real estate crash of 2008, our founders set out to provide a better option.

The Problem For Investors

Average investors too often are unable to take advantage of the benefits of real estate investing, due to local market competition, lack of knowledge, fear of market crash, and inability or lack of desire to deal with day to day project management.

The Problem For Tenants

On the other end, tenants suffer from a lack of options. Affordable rental availability is at all time lows, with wait lists for monthly Voucher programs often years long. This lack of inventory leads landlords to take advantage of the market, neglecting important repairs which ultimately eat away at the health of the tenants and value of the home.

At Roof4All, our mission is to provide a better option - a way to invest in real estate, and make a positive impact at the same time.

We choose communities in need, and renovate at scale. Then whenever possible, once renovations are complete, we give preference to the US Housing Choice Voucher Program and qualified, vetted tenants.

Although there is a stigma against “Section 8” tenants, most program participants are families with kids looking to stay in a school district for at least a few years. Serving these families allows us to dramatically reduce vacancy, uncollectible rent, and tenant issues.

With this unique formula, we’re able to provide stable returns to investors, improve communities, and turn houses into homes.

How It Works…

STEP ONE: We analyze markets based on a proprietary formula taking into account factors like demand, affordability, average cost per square foot, home ownership, and more.

STEP TWO: We get boots on the ground leveraging local teams to purchase, renovate, and to provide the 24 hour, round-the-clock property management necessary for long term rentals - all at scale.

STEP THREE: Similar to warehouse retail model common today, by purchasing, renovating and managing these homes at scale, we’re able to pass savings on to our investors.

Coupled with the security that comes with the Housing Choice Program, we’re able to offer completely unique high net, fixed returns individual and institutional investors can count on.
